Unused credits
You can request a refund for a pack of which no credit was used, within 7 days of purchase, by writing to contact@rasdify.com.
Used credits
A launched analysis incurs data collection costs and is not refundable, except in case of a technical failure: in that case the credit is returned automatically.
Expired credits
Credits expired after 6 months are neither refundable nor extendable.
Processing time
Accepted refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days.
